Weekend Cashier & Customer Support Butte's Ace Hardware We are hiring for weekend cashier and customer support roles at our Butte store. Friday through Sunday are our busiest days, and strong front-end coverage is essential. Availability for at least one or two of these days is required. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a team, this is a great fit. What You'll Do Operate the register and keep lines moving during busy periods Greet customers and create a positive experience Help direct customers to the right areas of the store Support the team wherever needed throughout the day What We're Looking For Availability on weekends, especially Friday-Sunday Positive attitude and comfort working with customers Willingness to jump in and help without being asked Team-oriented and eager to learn What You'll Get Consistent scheduling you can count on Early evening hours — no late nights A strong, team-focused environment An active role that goes by quickly Our stores get busy on weekends as customers work on their homes and projects—this is a great role for someone who enjoys being part of that energy. Our chain of hardware stores was founded in June 2006 by the Dowdell and Shellenberg families of Livingston, Montana. They purchased three stores in Livingston, Butte and Anaconda, MT. Matt was one of Tom's tax clients when Tom approached him to go into business together. He easily drew Matt in by telling him that he wanted to be a business owner to be \the best employer in three communities.\ So, their partnership began with that vision in mind. After many years in business, our organization has grown in number of stores! In 2020, Matt and Tom bought The Hardware Store in Evergreen, MT and converted it to Glacier Ace Hardware. Months later, they built Columbia Falls Ace Hardware. It's been an intensive and exciting process. We are thrilled to have expanded the company and continue to grow our work family!
