Job Summary Zepeddie's Pizzeria is seeking a friendly and dependable Counter Associate to support guests at the front counter and keep service moving efficiently. This role includes taking orders, processing payments, preparing pickup orders, and assisting customers in a fast-paced pizza restaurant. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide welcoming counter service. Take accurate dine-in, pickup, and phone orders. Enter orders into the POS system and process payments. Confirm pickup orders before handing them to customers. Answer basic menu questions and assist with selections. Keep the counter, dining area, and service stations clean. Restock cups, utensils, napkins, and other supplies. Communicate customer requests with the kitchen team. Assist coworkers during busy service periods. Qualifications Previous cashier, counter-service, or restaurant experience is helpful. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Comfortable handling payments and using a POS system.
