Job Summary Pizzeria Sapienza CLT is seeking a friendly and dependable Front Counter Associate to support customers and keep front-of-house service running efficiently. The role includes taking orders, processing payments, preparing pickup orders, and assisting guests during busy restaurant hours. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide attentive counter service. Take accurate dine-in, takeout, and phone orders. Enter orders into the POS system and process payments. Answer menu questions and assist guests with selections. Assemble and organize completed orders for pickup. Keep the counter and front-of-house areas clean and stocked. Communicate special requests with the kitchen team. Assist with additional restaurant tasks during busy periods. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Qualifications Previous cashier, counter-service, or restaurant experience is preferred. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Comfortable handling payments and learning POS systems. Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
