Responsibilities Host energetic and engaging parties, ensuring guests feel welcomed and entertained throughout the event Manage guest services by providing information, resolving conflicts promptly, and maintaining a fun atmosphere Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash safely and efficiently Prepare and serve food items with attention to hygiene standards and customer preferences Assist in setting up event spaces, including manual handling of equipment and decorations for outdoor or indoor venues Maintain safety protocols by adhering to health regulations, performing basic first aid when necessary, and managing emergency situations confidently Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assisting with food service, and ensuring cleanliness and organization Requirements Previous experience in events management or hospitality is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations Experience working with children or in theater environments is a plus for engaging diverse audiences Ability to handle conflict management professionally while maintaining a positive environment Knowledge of safety procedures including CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), first aid, and lifeguard experience preferred Physical stamina for outdoor work, heavy lifting, manual handling, and long periods of standing or walking Familiarity with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and processing cash transactions accurately Experience in food service or event venue operations is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're ready to bring your energy and passion for creating unforgettable moments!
