Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and hospitality-minded Tasting Room Associate to join our team on weekends. If you love connecting with people, sharing great wine, and making every guest feel special and truly welcomed , we'd love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Warmly greet all guests as they arrive and make them feel right at home. Deliver a memorable visitor experience by making guests feel special , whether they are first time wine drinkers or long time regulars. Guide guests through wine tastings and flights with a relaxed, approachable attitude. Share details about our wines, vineyard history, and story in a casual, easygoing manner. Process point of sale transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, inviting tasting room and patio space (clearing tables, washing glassware, and restocking wine inventory). Assist with wine sales, bottle purchases, and answering general visitor questions. Outgoing, authentic, and naturally excels at making people feel special and comfortable during their visit.
Wine Knowledge:
Previous experience is helpful, but not required! Starting pay ($14-$16/hr + tips) is based on wine knowledge, and we are happy to train the right person.
Reliability:
Consistent availability for our weekend schedule (Fridays 12-5, Saturdays 11-5, Sundays 1-5).
Adaptability:
Able to stay relaxed, organized, and friendly during busy weekend afternoons .
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs (a case of wine).
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
