The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing orders and payments, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service. Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payments accurately. Provide customers with receipts and ensure transactions are completed correctly. Answer questions about menu items and assist customers with their selections. Communicate orders clearly and efficiently with the kitchen team. Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining area, and cashier station. Restock supplies and assist with basic restaurant duties as needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures. Assist other team members during busy periods to ensure a smooth guest experience. Address customer questions or concerns professionally and promptly.
