Join our team at The Soupery , the sister restaurant to The Juicery, located in Downtown Portsmouth! We're looking for organized, energetic, and friendly Team Members to help serve up our delicious soups and grilled cheese this winter season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team. We are open 7 days a week, so weekend availability is a plus! What You'll Do As a Team Member at The Soupery, you'll help keep the restaurant running smoothly while providing an excellent experience for our guests.

Responsibilities include:

Taking and managing in-person and delivery orders Helping with product ordering and inventory Handling cash and maintaining accurate cash procedures Preparing and serving menu items Following and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards Creating a welcoming and positive environment for both guests and teammates Working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but not required. We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, friendly, and ready to jump in and learn! In addition to the hourly rate, Team Members participate in a tip pool that is paid out on each biweekly paycheck. Last season's average tip pool was an additional $8-$10/hour.
