This role is more than just operating a cash register. We're seeking someone who enjoys working with customers, has a positive attitude, and is willing to assist with watering plants, stocking products, maintaining displays, and helping with general farm market tasks. If you're a team player who enjoys staying busy and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate the cash register and process customer purchases Answer basic questions about farm products Water plants and help maintain seasonal displays Stock and organize products throughout the market Keep the market clean, organized, and presentable Assist with general farm and market-related tasks as needed Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift Able to work both indoors and outdoors Willing to help wherever needed Interest in farming, plants, produce, or gardening is a plus Employment Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
