A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

Job Description

At Diamond Peak; Assist with supervision/coordination of staff who greet guests while processing Child Ski Center private/group lessons and equipment rentals.

Req:

college level class work business/accounting and 2 yrs related customer service experience, incl lead duties; or equivalent combination. Good communication with parents/children and Customer Service focus; POS computer and accurate cash handling skills; ski/board. Must be 18 yrs of age and possess a valid Driver's License. Includes weekends/holidays..

Rate:
