Brewster, NY Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable Gas Station Cashier who takes pride in providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has previous customer service, cashier, retail, convenience store, or similar experience and enjoys helping customers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions or concerns Operate the cash register and accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Stock shelves and maintain product displays Check identification when required for age-restricted purchases Follow cash-handling, safety, and company procedures Assist with other store duties as needed Qualifications Previous customer service experience required Previous cashier, retail, convenience store, or gas station experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Reliable and punctual Ability to handle cash accurately Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For The right candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and providing a positive customer experience.
