Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food and retail orders in a lively, engaging manner Operate toast POS systems to process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately Manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely food service and upselling additional items to enhance sales Handle cash register operations with precision, including processing cash transactions and giving accurate change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-house workspace, including counters, tables, and equipment Support food preparation activities as needed, adhering to food safety standards and handling food safely Maintaining a clean environment and organized Assist with operating kitchen equipment when required and support overall food handling proceduresQualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Proven customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective communication abilities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and supporting food service operations is advantageous Food industry experience including serving, upselling, and food handling regulations is desirable Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values energetic service, attention to detail, and a passion for the food industry.
