Summary:

Audits mobile deposits to ensure accuracy and proper endorsement, approves/discards items as appropriate, and logs discarded items. Education and/or

Experience:

A high school education or GED requiredMinimum of one year of general work experience preferredFinancial Services experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Processes transactions in mobile payment and deposit system Verify all points of negotiability on mobile deposits as well as member informationSecure approval for transactions that are beyond the jobs authority and ensure accuracy of all processesExamine all checks received and compare to known fraudulent members and checks, understand the pattern with regards to protecting Teachers against fraudulent rings, accurately discard suspected fraudulent checks and follow procedures in place to submit tickets to the Fraud Department for reviewAssist staff with account research, review all notes for each member, and respond to internal email inquiries related to mobiles depositsComply with company policies, procedures, and guidelinesPerform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor Benefits of Joining the
