Responsibilities Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently during daily transactions Handle cash drawer with care, ensuring proper cash management and reconciliation Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their purchases and inquiries Maintain knowledge of store products to answer customer questions effectively Perform basic math calculations for transactions, refunds, and balancing the cash register Ensure the checkout area remains organized, clean, and welcoming Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Mandarin when required Skills Experience with cash register operations and cash handling procedures Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing Knowledge of retail store products is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, possess strong organizational skills, and are eager to contribute to a positive shopping experience.
