About Us:

Letchworth Concessions operates seven locations within the beautiful Letchworth State Park, offering a mix of retail and food & beverage services. Join our team to work in a scenic environment and provide exceptional experiences to park visitors!

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals for part-time positions at our various concessions. Roles may include retail sales, food and beverage preparation, customer service, and general operations support. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

Key Details:

Locations:

Dam Overlook Gifts & Grill, Letchworth State Park (roles vary between retail and food & beverage).

Schedule:

Flexible shifts available during weekdays and weekends.

Hours:

Primarily 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with variations scheduling needs.

Work Hours:

Part-time, up to 35 hours per week. Fewer to start with more full time in October. Responsibilities (may vary by location): Provide excellent customer service to park visitors. Assist with retail sales or food and beverage preparation and service. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems. Support team members in daily operations.

Requirements:

Friendly, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule. No prior experience required; training provided.
