• Greet customers and take orders accurately at the counter or window
• Process cash and card transactions using our POS system
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen team
• Keep the front-of-house clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards What We're Looking For
• Customer-facing experience in food service or retail (preferred, not required)
• Ability to stay cool and focused during busy rushes

Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service at the counter or cashier station Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation, food handling, and basic culinary tasks to support kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food service areas, including bussing tables and food stations Upsell menu items or retail products to increase sales and enhance customer experience Manage inventory levels at the counter, restock supplies, and ensure proper food safety practices are followed Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Culinary experience or restaurant background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting your growth in the food industry.
