Duties Greet guests warmly with a lively and positive attitude, providing excellent customer service from the moment they arrive Operate POS systems such as clover mini to accurately process payments and transactions Taking Carry out orders over phone efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order preparation and delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and order pickup areas Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate order fulfillment and address guest needs promptly Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu items or order status using proper phone etiquette Assist in managing guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a memorable experience Washing dishes and light prep work and cleaning during downtime Experience Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred, demonstrating strong communication skills and hospitality knowledge Experience working in restaurants or food service environments is highly desirable Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members Experience in handling phone inquiries professionally and maintaining positive guest relations This paid position offers an exciting chance to grow within a vibrant hospitality environment.
