Duties Operate the cash register accurately, handling all retail sales transactions, cash handling, and cash drawer management with integrity. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to enhance their experience. Assist customers with product demos of collectibles and trading cards to showcase features and encourage purchases. Maintain knowledge of store inventory, stock shelves, and organize merchandise to ensure an attractive presentation. Upsell related products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while respecting customer preferences. Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store services while maintaining proper phone etiquette. Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store remains inviting and well-organized. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles preferred; supervisory experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations required. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a valuable asset. Knowledge of collectibles, trading cards, or related products enhances your ability to assist customers effectively. Ability to perform basic math accurately for retail math calculations and cash handling tasks. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise as needed, and work flexible hours including weekends.
