Duties Operate the cash register and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash handling and drawer balancing Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and assist with product demos to enhance their shopping experience Upsell complementary products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with merchandising efforts to keep the store inviting and well-organized Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally via phone etiquette and in person Conduct product knowledge sharing and product demos to educate customers about new or featured items Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times Experience Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in a cashier or customer service role within a retail environment Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in managing team tasks or training new staff Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Strong communication skills to engage customers confidently and handle phone inquiries professionally Knowledge of retail store products, merchandising techniques, and upselling strategies to boost sales performance Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while growing your retail career!
