Service Cashier Job Responsibilities Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming service experience. Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with general service-related questions. Process payments accurately for completed repair and maintenance services. Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions in accordance with company policies. Provide invoices and explain charges when needed. Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift. Maintain accurate records and prepare end-of-day reports. Keep the cashier workstation clean, organized, and professional. Assist the service team with administrative and clerical support as needed.
