Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Floral Designer to join our team in Kutztown, PA. This position is ideal for someone who loves floral artistry, works well with others, and brings a positive, professional attitude to the workplace. If you enjoy creating beautiful arrangements and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Create high‑quality floral arrangements for everyday orders, events, holidays, and special occasions Assist customers with floral selections and provide friendly, knowledgeable service Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for flowers/plants Work collaboratively with team members in a fast‑paced environment Process orders accurately and efficiently Support daily shop operations as needed Requirements Experience as a floral designer is required Strong design skills and knowledge of floral varieties, care, and handling Pleasant, professional attitude and ability to work well with others Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move buckets or arrangements Wire service experience (Teleflora, FTD, BloomNet) is a plus but not required Schedule & Pay Part‑time position Flexible scheduling Pay based on experience Location Call Collene 610-207-3138
