Whether you're arranging stunning bouquets or assisting customers with their needs, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences and enhancing our community's beauty. Responsibilities Create eye-catching floral arrangements and bouquets tailored to customer preferences and occasions Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, gardening supplies, and related products with friendly expertise Maintain the floral display area through merchandising, stocking, and organizing seasonal displays Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations Provide knowledgeable advice on plant identification, horticulture tips, Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing floral and gardening supplies Experience as a floral designer is required Strong design skills and knowledge of floral varieties, care, and handling Pleasant, professional attitude and ability to work well with others Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move buckets or arrangements Requirements Previous experience in floral design or retail sales is preferred; training will be provided Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math to ensure smooth transactions Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain an inviting store environment Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients Familiarity with merchandising techniques and stock organization for an appealing presentation Join us to cultivate your passion for flowers and plants while delivering outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression.
