•Anderson Beverage Outlet is looking for a Cashier/Stocker to manage helping customers accurately and efficiently. Cashier/Stocker responsibilities include working with a cash register and issuing receipts, stocking shelves and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions. This role will also require that you are able to drive the company's van to restaurant customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. You should be available to take evening and weekend shifts. Ultimately, you'll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage transactions with customers using cash registers Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate Collect payments whether in cash or credit Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets Redeem coupons and discounts on select items Cross-sell products and introduce new ones Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information Greet customers when entering or leaving the store Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas Bag, box or gift-wrap packages Must have a valid driver's license Able to carry or lift up to 50lbs items Skills Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales Basic Computer knowledge Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS Good math skills Valid Driver's License Strong communication and time management skills Customer service-oriented High school degree
