You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by welcoming every guest with enthusiasm and making sure every interaction is friendly, efficient, and memorable.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a friendly smile. Seat guests efficiently while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Manage wait lists and communicate accurate wait times. Answer phones and assist guests with takeout and to-go orders. Accurately enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system and process payments. Ensure takeout orders are complete, accurate, and ready on time. Assist guests with questions and resolve concerns professionally. Support your teammates throughout the restaurant to keep operations running smoothly. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment.
