Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales opportunities Practice excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management through stock checks and merchandising tasks as needed Experience Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for growth opportunities Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately during transactions Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of grocery store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and product demos is beneficial Join our team to deliver outstanding service in a lively retail setting!
