Overnight Shift | Midnight
  • 8:00am The cashier's main responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting customers with a friendly approach as they enter the store.
  • Providing efficient and prompt service to customers while expressing gratitude.
  • Operating an electronic cash register to process customer sales, handling money transactions accurately.
  • Assisting with shift changes by counting the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Utilizing specialized equipment to handle various transactions such as credit card purchases, lottery sales, and redemptions.
  • Verifying identification for restricted sales.
  • Checking and restocking food service supplies such as cups, lids, condiments, napkins, straws, and stirrers.
  • Thoroughly cleaning all areas, including countertops, microwaves, shelves, floors, windows, cooler doors, food service equipment, restrooms, and parking lots, following proper cleaning procedures and using appropriate materials.
  • Emptying and cleaning trash containers.
  • Stocking shelves and coolers, rotating and arranging products in an organized manner, removing damaged or expired items, and pricing merchandise according to the price book.
  • Being flexible to undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support store operations.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Capable of lifting 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and a criminal history background check is mandatory.
