You'll handle transactions accurately, assist customers with questions, maintain clear records, and help keep the checkout area organized throughout the day. Day to Day Process customer purchases and payments Accept cash, card, and approved payment methods Provide receipts and answer basic transaction questions Check prices and payment information Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company procedures Maintain accurate transaction and payment records Assist customers with straightforward questions or concerns Keep the checkout area organized and properly supplied Identify payment or transaction issues and escalate when needed Support the wider team with routine customer service tasks Follow company procedures for payments and customer information What's Important We're looking for someone who is accurate, dependable, and comfortable working directly with customers.

You should be:

Confident and professional when communicating with customers Accurate when handling payments and entering information Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer software Organized and attentive to detail Able to follow established procedures Reliable and consistent in completing daily responsibilities Comfortable handling routine customer questions Able to work independently and as part of a team Training will be provided on company systems, payment procedures, and processes.
