Lead Cashier

Must be friendly, personable and maintain a neat appearance Must be able to work 40 hours per week (which may include nights, weekends and holidays). Answer incoming calls and be able to answer questions about new product and/or services Assist customers in placing special orders/transfers/charge accounts Accurate computer skills, able to operate the register, greet customers and able to resolve customer issues Comfortable working with and learning new computer systems/programs and processes. Ensure all procedures are in line with the overall goals of the company. Perform all duties as assigned by your supervisor or other management staff. 2 + years of customer service experience preferred. Must have a minimum of 3 year cash handling/deposit reconciliation experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Able to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift up to 10 pounds.
