Reports to:

Guest Relations Supervisor Primary Purpose:

Collect money, passes, coupons or tickets for admission to the Park.

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Account for turnstile attendance, receipts, passes, coupons or tickets. Accurately account for cash. Neatly and accurately complete admission clerk till sheets. Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Park promotions and events. Assist with Club and other Park promotions. Assist other department personnel as assigned. Keep work area clean, neat and maintained. Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

Education/Certification:

High school diploma preferred or attending high school.

Work Experience:

1-2 years prior experience handling money. Customer service experience — retail skills and phone skills. Cash accountability. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Cash handling and accurate math skills. Ability to remain calm in difficuft circumstances.
