Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Greets guests, takes orders accurately, and handles cash, card, and mobile payments Prepares frozen custard treats — concretes, sundaes, shakes, and cones — to Freddy's quality standards Prepares and packages drink products and assembles orders for dine-in, carryout, and drive-thru Walks the lobby to check on guests, refill drinks, clear tables, and make sure everyone has what they need Maintains cleanliness of the lobby, dining room, restrooms, beverage station, and front counter Maintains health and safety standards in all front-of-house areas Unloads and stocks inventory as needed Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts Works multiple stations as needed during fast-paced shifts

Requirements :

Must be at least 16 years of age Must be authorized to work in the United States Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs Casual environment — jeans, Freddy's t-shirt, hat, non-slip shoes, belt and a smile are the uniform for our team
