Duties Greet customers warmly, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash register operations with accuracy Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, including checking mechanical systems, tires, electrical components, and body condition to ensure compliance with state regulations Perform automotive tire changes and basic vehicle maintenance as needed to support inspection processes is plus!! Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment to assist in vehicle assessments and minor repairs is plus Assist in auto parts and accessories identification, recommending necessary repairs or replacements for optimal vehicle safety Support automotive service tasks such as auto body repair, auto restoration, and mechanical systems repair when required Uphold customer service standards by providing knowledgeable guidance on automotive parts, repairs, and inspection procedures Ensure all safety protocols are followed during heavy lifting or mechanical work to prevent accidents or injuries Proven experience operating standard passenger cars confidently in various conditions Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive tire change, vehicle maintenance, and repair techniques Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, auto body repair, and auto restoration processes Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment safely and effectively Strong understanding of automotive parts, accessories, and auto estimating procedures Previous experience conducting vehicle inspections adhering to state regulations or industry standards is plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Mechanic experience or background in automotive service is plus Bilingual is plus Join us in delivering exceptional service while ensuring vehicles meet safety standards!
