Looking to hire staff to assist as a cashier. Upon hiring, we will pay for the course required for you to receive your TABC certification in order to work with our store! Schedule Mondays - fridays 10AM - 5PM Schedule can be negotiated As a Cashier we'll require you to.. Duties Operate cash registers efficiently, accurately handling retail sales transactions and cash drawer management. Provide customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations. Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with stocking shelves and merchandising. Maintain phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or coordinating with team members. Support inventory management through stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping of sales and stock levels. Experience Prior cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment preferred. Strong communication skills! (Ability to speak both English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.) Manage and assist in customer interactions during busy periods. Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising principles, and liquor store etiquette. Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and change calculations.
