This isn't your typical dealership job. We are a family-owned and operated pre-owned dealership specializing in above-and-beyond customer experience, personal connections and word-of-mouth referrals. We are looking to hire an eager, energetic and adaptable junior salesperson who excels at working collaboratively with a team. This job isn't about hitting quotas or pushing add-ons - we're not that kind of dealership. We specialize in making connections and building community with our customers. Building the right team is important. The majority of our sales, service and detail team have been with us for years. We have a very low turnover rate, and we care a lot about building a team that works well together and knows how to have fun even on the busiest of days. We want our dealership to feel like we're opening up our home to our customers. We offer an indoor showroom, a kids room, coffee, snacks and tea in an effort to curate a calm, cozy and fun car-buying experience.

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, basic computer skills and a clean driving record. If you are bilingual, that is a plus but not a requirement. If you would like to be a part of our team, you will need to be able to pass a drug and background test, work 40+ hours, and be available Monday - Saturday.
