Kiosk Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a food service environment. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers while effectively managing cash handling and sales processes. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well organized. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming shopping environment. Provide bilingual assistance as needed to cater to diverse customer needs (if applicable). Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service. Experience Previous experience in food handling or retail sales environments is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems is highly desirable. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining excellent customer relations. candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with customers.
