Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accurate cash register operations. Prepare a variety of food items following safety guidelines and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety management protocols. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue through effective suggestive selling techniques. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support quick service delivery during busy hours. Buss tables, clear trays, and assist with sanitation duties to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and guests. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; culinary or café experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and register operations. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; food preparation skills are desirable. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
