Woodward Park City is looking for a Seasonal Outdoor Ticket Checker to join our Guest Experience team. Working outdoors at our mountain and skate park access points, you will help create a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience by validating tickets, passes, memberships, and guest access. community that celebrates action sports and individual style. What You'll Do Welcome guests and create a positive first impression. Scan and validate tickets, passes, memberships, and guest access. Answer questions and provide accurate resort information. Assist with guest access issues and help resolve entry concerns. Monitor entry areas and help maintain a safe, organized guest experience. Complete opening and closing tasks and keep work areas guest-ready. Support teammates and other operations as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused with strong communication skills. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to adapt to changing priorities. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous guest service, hospitality, recreation, or ticketing experience is a plus. Passion for action sports and creating great guest experiences. Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. You make us Woodward.
