A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

About us The Hollows Golf Club is a public golf course in Montpelier, VA looking for individuals who want to get started working in the golf industry. Job Description Book tee times via in person, and over the phone Handle transactions for greens fees as well as merchandise in the pro shop using POS system Exhibit tremendous customer service on a daily basis Maintain pro shop inventory and ensure overall cleanliness and appearance Reports to the Head Golf Professional with any issues Must be able to work a mix of weekdays and weekends Preferred Qualifications Familiar with the game of golf Previous experience working at a golf course Cash and credit card handling experience
