Job Summary Join our dynamic retail team as a Cashier/Stocker, Hood Canal Market Fresh is looking for friendly, dependable people to join our fast-paced team! We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Applicants must be available on weekends.

Responsibilities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing returns or exchanges Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product demos when needed Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are presented attractively Assist in upselling products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance the customer shopping experience Manage inventory levels through stocking and replenishing merchandise to ensure product availability Support merchandising initiatives by arranging products according to planograms and promotional displays Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service Experience Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic retail math is beneficial Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and maintain a tidy cash drawer Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences! Pay:

$17.13 - $18.00 per hour
