Cafe Hagen is known for shaping Seattle s modern caf scene as an oasis of Scandinavian coziness in Seattle, Bellevue, and Kirkland. We are a team of award-winning professionals with a passion for exceptional coffee, refined food and beverage experiences, and meticulous attention to detail in everything we do.
We are currently hiring Coffee Professionals and Front of House team members for our Seattle-area locations, including an exciting new caf opening this June.
You are a passionate coffee professional or someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, engaging with guests, sharing knowledge, and creating memorable experiences through exceptional coffee, food, and cocktails. You are a team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited by opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company.
RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume retail or hospitality environmentMinimum 1+ year of food and beverage service experienceServing, bartending, or cocktail experience preferredCoffee certifications or competition experience are a plusStrong hospitality mindset with excellent communication skills and confidence presenting food and beverage offeringsStrong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, and advance within the companyCompensation$22 $30 per hour including tips. Final compensation is based on experience and position.
