In this vital role, you will handle sales transactions efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth cash register operations. Duties Operate the cash register accurately, handling all cash, credit, and digital transactions with precision Greet customers warmly, providing friendly and professional service throughout their shopping experience Assist customers with product questions, including product demos and merchandising insights Upsell items by suggesting complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain the cash drawer, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at the end of each shift Stock shelves and organize merchandise to support effective merchandising and store presentation Support inventory management through stocking and product replenishment activities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Requirements Previous cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Strong communication skills in English.
