Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items for customers
• Process returns and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Promote sales by suggesting additional items or upselling products
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Qualifications:

• Strong math skills, including knowledge of retail math and basic math operations
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
• Experience in retail sales or wireless/technology sales is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
