Job Description
Head of Sales queueinc Newark, CA Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Benefits Unlimited paid time off 401(k) Qualifications Achieving large sales Deal closing New product launch strategy Sales strategy Corporate sales environment Closing sales leads Technology sales Full Job Description About Us We're Queue, the world's first fully autonomous robotic pharmacy. We go from sealed wholesale bottles to filled, verified prescription vials with zero human involvement. We built Queue because no one should ever have to wait in line for the medicines they need. One in three US pharmacies has shut down. Pharmacists are overworked to a breaking point. And patients are paying the price. Queue fixes that. Pharmacists get to practice pharmacy again — counseling patients, catching interactions, doing the work only they can do. And patients get their prescriptions in 60 seconds or less, any time, anywhere. We're backed by over $18 million from Alleycorp, Riot Ventures, Ubiquity Ventures, House Capital, and others who believe the pharmacy system is broken and that robotics can fix it. Queue was founded by Nick Desai (6x founder, previously CEO of Heal) and Joshua Liu (previously Tesla, Waymo, and Zipline). About the Role As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption for the company's autonomous pharmacy platform. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the commercial strategy and execution required to transform early market validation into meaningful revenue, helping establish Rmix as the category leader in autonomous prescription dispensing. Your success will be measured by your ability to build pipeline, close customers, generate revenue, and accelerate market adoption across pharmacy, retail, grocery, and other high volume dispensing environments. This is not a traditional account executive role. Rmix is introducing a fundamentally new solution to the market, requiring a commercial leader who can educate customers, evangelize the vision, and navigate complex buying organizations to secure transformational commercial partnerships. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to refine go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and commercial execution while helping scale revenue from early traction to broad market adoption. For someone who enjoys building from the ground floor, closing meaningful deals, and helping define an entirely new market category, this is a uniquely impactful opportunity. Drive Revenue Growth Own revenue generation for Rmix's autonomous pharmacy platform across pharmacy, grocery, retail, and other high-volume dispensing environments Build relationships with senior decision-makers at organizations such as Walgreens, Walmart, Costco, regional pharmacy operators, urgent care centers, and other strategic accounts Develop and manage a pipeline capable of supporting aggressive commercial growth objectives Consistently close new customers and strategic partnerships that drive revenue, customer adoption, and market expansion Drive Strategic Customer Acquisition Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and customer education through commercial negotiations, contract execution, and deployment Evangelize a fundamentally new technology category and help customers understand the operational, financial, and consumer benefits of autonomous dispensing Develop compelling ROI analyses and business cases that demonstrate labor savings, efficiency, and improved customer access Navigate both complex enterprise sales cycles and shorter-cycle opportunities with independent and regional operators Build and maintain a robust pipeline while consistently delivering against revenue targets Partner with Founders to Build the Business Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to refine pricing, packaging, and go-to market strategy Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to influence product roadmap and commercial positioning Help establish repeatable sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and commercial infrastructure as the company scales Represent the company at customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and strategic partner events Serve as a key voice of the customer and strategic advisor to leadership Close Transformational Partnerships Structure and negotiate commercial agreements across multiple business models, including hardware sales, leasing arrangements, and transaction-based partnerships Lead complex stakeholder discussions across retail, operations, finance, and executive leadership teams Drive deals from initial engagement through signed agreement, deployment, and revenue realization
