Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience. Design, development, and program management experience in broad powertrain functions and/or vehicle engineering in any of the following areas: engine, transmission, driveline, packaging, adaptation, controls, or calibration, HEAVY focus on Controls and Calibration Demonstrated high leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office applications Demonstrated understanding of the Stellantis product development processes, design validation, Key Process Indicators (KPI), and gate processes Demonstrated team building skills Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, and to work with minimal direction (ability to understand and complete next steps without guidance
