With recent funding to support U.S. expansion, they're now scaling their growing team in Dallas. We're looking for a Head of Sales to assist in the rapid acceleration of the growth over the next 24 months. Leading the overall sale strategy and playing a key piece in market acquisition, this is an incredible role for someone experienced in growing a sales function from the ground up. Leading a team of BDMs, Sales Managers & Account Executives, you will leverage your experience leading an incredibly high-performing team in payments or FinTech and take this business to the next level. Set and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments Hire, train, and develop high-performing Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Managers; establish clear career paths and performance frameworks Lead go-to-market initiatives for core offerings Partner with marketing and SDR teams to ensure consistent pipeline creation and optimize conversion rates across the funnel Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to align on messaging, product-market fit, and expansion opportunities Build relationships with banks, fintech platforms, and channel partners to unlock new distribution opportunities and embedded use cases Deliver accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting, with clear visibility into deal stages, risks, and conversion metrics Feed back customer insights to Product and Leadership—particularly around feature gaps, pricing, and competitive positioning in the US market What do you need? 5-8 plus years' experience in FinTech or SaaS sales, preferably B2B payments Based in Dallas or happy to relocate to Dallas Ability to be gritty, hands-on and roll your sleeves up - this is NOT a role for someone to sit back and let the reps do the work Previous experience leading high-performance sales teams with a ruthless but fair approach Desire to build something special - this is a ground up role If you're as passionate about this position as we are, then please don't delay and
