Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President of Revenue Strategy is responsible for leading the overall revenue management strategy across the portfolio to maximize topline revenue, profitability, and market share. This executive provides strategic leadership to Vice Presidents of Revenue Management and Area Revenue Managers, ensuring the effective use of revenue optimization tools, forecasting processes, and pricing strategies. The role partners closely with ownership groups, operations leadership, sales teams, and executive leadership to drive revenue performance, improve forecast accuracy, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and lead Area Revenue Managers and Vice Presidents of Revenue Management Identify ways to maximize revenue Frequently analyze and measure revenue activities to achieve key revenue metrics Set goals, monitor, and evaluate results to maximize revenue for the company Utilize the tools currently in place to assist BRM's and properties to maximize revenue, profit, and RPI Conduct frequent one on one calls with the Vice Presidents of Revenue Management Provide specific property insight to the corporate executive team Fulfill daily duties and functions by attending calls, providing direction, assistance, and suggestions Collaborate and work with ownership, EVP's of Operations, and Sales to address concerns and develop and execute a plan to fix them Maximize brand resources Assist in yearly budgeting process, Sales & Marketing Plan, and Path 2 Peak Train and be a resource to revenue management to improve forecast accuracy Identify and lead new business opportunities Work with revenue team to develop optimum mix and monitor actual performance against optimum mix goal

Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items. Ability to lift and/or move 10-25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies). Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
