Our platform combines AI, IoT, and no-code tools to help organizations engage customers and employees through screen-based experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. Today, more than 200,000 screens run on OptiSigns worldwide, backed by 6,000+ reviews on G2 and Capterra — among the most-reviewed platforms in the category. Our teams are in Houston, Ho Chi Minh City, Tokyo, and Munich. We built this business on a strong product, compelling value, and exceptional support. The next chapter is building a revenue engine that matches the strength of that foundation. We are looking for a hands-on Chief Revenue Officer to build that next-generation revenue engine. You will own Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations globally and work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to drive growth across acquisition, conversion, expansion, and retention. This is not a traditional enterprise-sales CRO role. OptiSigns has two meaningful growth motions: a high-volume product-led/self-serve business and an enterprise motion focused on larger, multi-site deployments. The opportunity is to connect them — using product and customer signals to identify high-potential accounts, convert them efficiently, and expand them over time. We are also building an AI-first, AI-native organization. Our engineering team already works this way: AI handles research, drafting, testing, and repetitive execution while people own judgment and final verification. Revenue is next. What You'll Own Build and lead the global revenue strategy across new business, expansion, retention, partnerships, and revenue operations. Connect our self-serve and enterprise motions so product usage and customer signals systematically surface accounts with enterprise potential. Improve sales execution through hands-on coaching, deal reviews, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and clear performance management. Build a scalable partner and channel ecosystem that expands reach without unnecessary complexity or fixed cost. Establish closed-loop revenue attribution — from acquisition and trial through activation, subscription, expansion, and retained revenue. Align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps around a common funnel, shared metrics, and clear ownership. Build an AI-first, AI-native revenue organization where AI agents handle research, prospecting support, drafting, analysis, and repetitive workflows while people focus on judgment, relationships, and closing. Build the team, operating cadence, and systems required to scale through $100M ARR and beyond Requirements 10+ years of B2B SaaS revenue leadership experience, including
