Once every quarter (every 90 days), you'll spend 2-3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc. Mark findings on provided site maps Track mileage and time Return completed folders to your managers
