Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Canvasser and become a vital ambassador for community engagement and outreach! In this energetic role, you will connect directly with community members through face-to-face interactions, promoting our organization's services. Duties Engage in face-to-face conversations with community members to inform and motivate support Utilize mobile devices to record interactions, track progress, and report results accurately Coordinate outdoor work efficiently by planning routes and managing time effectively Represent the organization professionally at community events or public spaces Skills Proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or door-to-door outreach Customer service experience to handle inquiries and build rapport effectively Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods Skilled in negotiation and persuasive techniques to motivate support or donations Familiarity with mobile devices for data entry and reporting purposes Community engagement experience that demonstrates your ability to connect authentically If you thrive on face-to-face communication, outdoor work, and building relationships that matter, we want to hear from you!
