We're looking for Setters who aren't afraid to knock on a door and start a conversation. What you'll do: Knock doors in your territory and talk to homeowners about going solar with no money down. Set appointments for our closers to run — your own friends, family, and neighbors count too. Work independently, on your own schedule — this is a hands-off, self-directed role.

Pay:

1099 independent contractor — you're your own boss. $1,500 for each of your first 3 deals. $2,500 per deal after that. Paid incrementally as each deal moves through the process. No cap on what you can earn — the more doors you knock, the more you make. Who we're looking for: Self-motivated people who are comfortable talking to strangers. Reliable, coachable, and ready to put in the work. No experience required — sales or door-to-door background is a plus. Must be able to work independently with little oversight.
