You'll earn $17+ per hour plus performance bonuses as a full-time W-2 employee with benefits offered . No previous sales experience is required. We'll provide the training and coaching—you bring the communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Represent Brightside Windows in Sacramento-area communities Connect with homeowners and introduce our window solutions Generate interest and schedule free consultations Track daily activity and appointments Work toward individual and team goals Develop valuable sales and communication skills This is an active, field-based position with plenty of face-to-face interaction and time spent outdoors.
