Outbackzack's Wildlife & Pest Removal Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Great Pay + Bonuses Earn $20-$40+ per hour with hourly pay plus performance bonuses! Outbackzack's Wildlife & Pest Removal is looking for outgoing, motivated college students who enjoy talking with people and being outdoors. This is NOT a high-pressure sales job.

Your role is simple:

Meet homeowners in local neighborhoods. Introduce them to our company. Offer a FREE professional wildlife and pest inspection . Schedule appointments for our licensed technicians.

You will NOT be:

Selling services Quoting prices Performing inspections Handling pest control work Our licensed technicians take care of all inspections, recommendations, and services. What You'll Do Walk neighborhoods introducing homeowners to Outbackzack's. Schedule free inspections using our booking system. Represent our company professionally. Help homeowners protect their homes from rodents, wildlife, and common household pests. Meet daily appointment goals. What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality. Comfortable talking with new people. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable transportation to assigned neighborhoods. Ability to walk several miles each shift. Must be at least 18 years old. No experience required. We provide paid training. Students studying marketing, business, communications, hospitality, theater, sports management, or sales are encouraged to apply. Pay Competitive hourly wage. Bonuses for completed inspections. Additional bonuses when inspections result in new customers. Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly above their hourly wage.

Schedule Ideal shifts include:

Monday-Friday:

3:30 PM - 7:30

PM Saturdays:
